Terms of service
PhotographySchool.com is operated by Rebel Marketing Inc, doing business as PhotographySchool, 1103 E. Boxelder Rd, Suite F, Gillette, Wyoming 82718 (we, us). By creating an account or buying a membership you agree to these terms.
Who can use PhotographySchool
You must be 18 or older to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you are. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.
The membership
The membership is one annual plan covering every course and the community. It renews yearly on the card you saved, and we email you seven days before each renewal. You can cancel any time from your account; access runs to the end of the year you paid for and the membership then ends. Prices can change; an active membership keeps its price at renewal unless we tell you otherwise well in advance.
Your work stays yours
You own every photograph and video you upload. You give us only the license needed to host and display your work inside the product. You can delete your work, and moderation removals hide content rather than claim it.
The edits welcome license
Posts carry an intent you choose. When you mark a post edits welcome, you grant other signed-in members a limited license to download that image, rework it, and post the reworked version as a reply inside PhotographySchool, with the reply always labeled as an edit and credited to you. The license covers nothing outside the community, no commercial use, and ends for new downloads when you change the intent or remove the post. Posts marked just sharing or feedback welcome carry no download or rework permission at all.
Community conduct
Critique the photograph, never the person. No harassment, no hate, no sexual content involving minors, no doxxing, no spam. Every post, comment, and message carries a report control; a human reviews every report and the decision is recorded. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Copyright and DMCA
If you believe work on PhotographySchool infringes your copyright, send a notice with the work, the location, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief to our designated agent. Agent registration with the Copyright Office is in progress; until it completes, send notices to the postal address above, attention DMCA, and we act on them the same way. We remove infringing material and close repeat-infringer accounts.
The service itself
We work to keep PhotographySchool available and correct, and we ship fixes fast, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. These terms are governed by Wyoming law.
Changes
When these terms change in a way that matters, we email account holders before the change takes effect.
